We had a fab time, we arrived around an hour early but got into our room straight away! All staff were great. Went to our night out in the pavilion, then a hop and skip back to the hotel, the night porter was lovely. Ideal location.
Hotel room was very small and dated.sraff were ok when you could get there attention.
We lived the closeness to our venue and think the Horizon is a cosy hotel.
The rooms were spotless and very comfortable everything was provided
Great welcome on arrival from reception. Clean room basic but clean. The staff all friendly and remember us from our previous stay. We ate in the restaurant every night as the food is delicious thanks to great chefs. We also had continental breakfast daily good choice. My 5 days at the hotel were great. I will definitely be back again.

The location was really good and value for money
The food in this hotel is absolutely outstanding. I had the best 3 courses of my life. The chef deserves high praise. Cannot recommend the food enough. I can't stop thinking about it. 1 million out of 10.
Clean room, great location
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I had the single room which has a sea view. It’s perfectly adequate in size for one person. The bed is extremely comfy and there is a TV. Tea coffee biscuits in the room. The bathroom is a decent size with a good shower. I thought it was a bargain with the breakfast included. I also ate an evening meal in the restaurant, which was delicious. All of the staff were really friendly and helpful. Everywhere I went in the hotel, it smelled fresh and it was spotlessly clean. Fantastic location right across from the beach. I would stay here again.
