Stirling
As you travel toward your first distillery you will pass Stirling the “Gateway to the Scottish Highlands”.
The mighty Stirling Castle sits proudly keeping watch over the city. -
Deanston Distillery & Visitor Centre

Deanston Distillery is on the banks of the River Teith and started life back in 1785 as a cotton mill until 1966 where it transformed into today’s distillery.
The only distillery in Scotland to be self-sufficient in electricity with its power coming from the River Teith.

Glengoyne Distillery

A highland distillery on Glasgow’s doorstep, Glengoyne is distilled more slowly than any other malt whisky.
They nurse the spirit through the stills to create the complex, fruity, award-winning spirit of which they are so rightly proud.
Glengoyne never rush anything and neither should you, enjoy the experience and a Dram or two.
